A new screen in our dashboard where managers or team leaders can follow the history of the campaign messages that sent to donors or ambassadors, and can see the data of conversion and clicks.

Introduction

In our recently updated control system for the charitable crowdfunding platform, we've introduced a new Messages Dashboard. This feature empowers leaders to track communication history with ambassadors, monitoring metrics like conversion rates and clicks. The dashboard streamlines workflow with ambassadors, offering insights to enhance engagement and optimize communication strategies. With this valuable addition to the dashboard, managers can efficiently assess the impact of messages, ultimately helping ambassadors reach their goals by maximizing donor support for the charitable cause.

The Need

We know our users and their needs, I mapped the personas accurately, their times of use of the product and their needs from the product. In this way I created a precise list of elements that would be included in the UX

Summary

With the start of using the message history screen, more and more customers improve their performance by monitoring the messages sent to ambassadors during the campaign, or to donors who stopped their donations, the improvement in performance is of course reflected in the amount of money raised and an updated and active set of donors.
